Incorrect Information[edit]

The sentence in the third paragraph: "The stadium was named after the mayor (Joe W. Davis Stadium), possibly the only example of a stadium being named for a political leader while still in office," seems to be pure conjecture and is categorically incorrect. The Evansville Triplets played at Bosse Field in Evansville, Indiana, which was named after Evansville's mayor, Benjamin Bosse. The stadium was named after him while he was still in office. Pardon me, I'm going to revise history. That's what "the team's legacy was retired" and the following bit about this franchise assuming the AA Sounds' history when it moved to Nashville does.
