Basil of Ancyra as Macedonian?[edit]

Basil of Ancyra, according to wikipedia, is considered saint in Orthodox Church. But here it says he was founder of a sect? I quite not get the source which is used for it, can someone recite the source? It's written: "He fought against the pagans and the Arians." But Macedonianism is actually a form of Arianism.
