Pouch capacity?[edit]

I find it hard to believe that this small animal (not a whole lot larger than a pet syrian hamster) can carry 140+ lbs in its pouch. That's the weight of a small adult human! Where did these numbers come from? Lazyzee (talk) 18:39, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As we can see it's a matter of misinterpretation. The stores of food from which it feeds can contain 65kg. It doesn't say the cheek pouches can carry that amount, which would be ridiculous. Editing now. Skrofler (talk) 17:44, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
