Untangling[edit]

There are few organizations dealing with astronomy in Russia (see [1] for some details). This is apparently the same society described in a paper that was founded in 1990 as an USSR Astronomical Society (dropped the USSR from the name later). I do not know where the "Eurasian" came from, as it is better known for its abbreviation АстрО. I am not an expert, so might be wrong. Викидим (talk) 23:52, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
