Yes, that is the official name in Spanish. However, Wikipedia tends to use English titles for articles on universities and staff colleges: Paris-Sorbonne University, Humboldt University of Berlin, University of Amsterdam, University of Florence, War Academy (Kingdom of Bavaria), Prussian Military Academy, Norwegian Joint Staff College, National Defence University of Warsaw, and so forth. --190.19.65.18 (talk) 05:40, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Move to Escuela Superior de Guerra (Argentina) - as per WP:COMMONNAME in the small number of English sources. Loveman, Davies The Politics of Antipolitics: The Military in Latin America (1997) "German officers were in charge of the Escuela Superior de Guerra and trained all Argentine staff officers."

Also, these names are generic in Latin America, but a literal translation "War School" or "War Academy" "War College" sounds pretty awful in English. Elsewhere in LatAm, with more notable schools, the common way of treating, as in Mexico's Military on the Democratic Stage 2005 has "The role of the Heroico Colegio Militar has been altered gradually since the founding of the Escuela Superior de Guerra, Mexico's first war college." Move to Escuela Superior de Guerra (Argentina) or keep as is. I prefer to keep in the original language, but if we're going to translate we have to translate to a phrase that looks right in English, and Superior School of War Lieutenant General Luis María Campos simply doesn't. -- Necrothesp (talk) 20:57, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
