A few things to check on from this article:
1) The statement "an electrostatic field directed E-W (dawn-dusk)" seems wrong to me - isn't an east-west field dusk-dawn? [later note: that paragraph, and that possible error, is also used in the articles "Ionosphere" and "Electrojet"; maybe others]
2) A more-thorough explanation of "The worldwide solar-driven wind results in the so-called Sq (solar quiet) current system" would be beneficial.
3) "A typical diurnal equatorial observatory data show a peak of strength ~80 nT at 12.00 LT, with respect to the night-time level." - but the picture shown (Eej_cm4.png) either does not have noon at the center or does not support the statement that the peak occurrs at noon local time. (If noon local time is at the center of the image, the peak seems to be around 4-6 PM local time.) [Note: eej_obs.png seems to support the idea that the center of the image is about 6:00 AM local time. Should this be included in the caption?]
4) "Egedal (1947) showed that the enhancement of quiet day solar daily variations in H (Sq(H)) lay within the 50 latitude centered on the dip equator." - I'm not sure what the "the 50 latitude centered on the dip equator" is supposed to mean; right now, it doesn't seem to mean much.
