Untitled[edit]

I didn't add this page, it's link from the List of Governors of Rhode Island. Have added a URL to a site with a bio and a category for this person. It's not much, but a start.

Looks to be a decent bit on him-I'll get a stub started, it appears there's enough so I'll remove the speedy tag. You may wish to note though, that new articles should have at least some text, even if just a few sentences-this helps editors on down the road know what they're looking at.
