Shouldn't "US-based groups" instead say "Cuban exile groups in the US" or something similar?[edit]
The current wording, For many years the embassy was the target of repeated terrorist attacks by anti-Castro groups based in the United States, kinda makes it sound like a bunch of gringos conspiring to attack a diplomatic mission in Canada.
