Longest play record[edit]

The fact that Cromartie broke the record doesn't change the fact that Hobbs did hold (a share of) the record. It'd be like arguing that now that Barry Bonds broke Hank Aaron's HR record, that there should be no mention of the old record in Aaron's article. The text should still reflect that fact.
