Electronic tagging[edit]

Why do employers want to TRACK you? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 185.5.67.194 (talk) 14:17, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Electronic fence[edit]

By gps trackers (terminals)you can set the present point as the center of the circular fence; with this point as the center of the circle and the distance as the radius, the circle thus formed is a circular fence. With the goal that when the tracker (child, dog, car...) leaves the circle an alarm goes off. Generally, the electronic fence for the terminal is off by default; user can send SMS to the terminal to turn on the electronic fence. An alternative is 'geofence'. This is a geometric figure defined (drag) by the two opposite corners for exemple on an existing (google) map or by typing the coordinates of the two cornerpoints. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.134.148.82 (talk) 13:50, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
