Rationale for Direct Article Submission[edit]

This article is one in a series of eight articles. The first five articles were submitted and accepted via the AfS process.

Directly adding the remaining three articles to the wiki because:

the articles are of sister semi-governmental Thai organizations that share the same or similar notability in Thailand
the articles are of the same format and of equal or higher quality
avoiding adding further articles to AfS as it currently has a 2+ month backlog with over 3500 submissions pending
