Is there a rule that winner must win a certain number of votes in some number of states, to show national support? Numbersinstitute (talk) 22:43, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Numbersinstitute A very late response, but, what do you mean national support? For example, a presidential candidate is supposed to have the highest number of vote count across the country to be declare winner, I mean, this is just stated was demonstrated in the this year's election. Despite not winning "FCT" which a lot of people claimed a candidate must win that state to be declare winner, also, that, a candidate must win 25% of total votes bla bla bla. Alas, it's up to INEC, I don't want to say anything more. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 17:07, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
