elbow strike injuries and conditioning to be able to strike with the elbox[edit]

most people cannot start striking with the bones in their elbow at first. The ulnar nerve, I believe, runs right behind the elbow and can partially paralyze the strikers medial portion of their hand if not done correctly or after enough conditioning. These types of things need to be added to this article. Tkjazzer 19:26, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have never heard of this and it isn´t in any way common knowledge or fact as far as i know. Perhaps this is talked about in particular schools or martial arts. The ulnar nerve you are talking about has nothing to do with striking with the elbow if you have anything like proper technique. Since it doesn´t run on the outside of the bone or inside the bone but in the soft part on the other side of the ulnar bone. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adrenochromie (talkcontribs) 07:06, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ice hockey penalties?[edit]

In the bottom, there is a section in this text with all the ice hockey penalties, sure there is elbowing in there but it has nothing to do with the topic of this text right? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adrenochromie (talkcontribs) 07:01, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
