One Year Later[edit]

Where the heck did all the OYL stuff happen? The Doom Patrol doesn't have a new series of their own yet. Some comics needed to be cited. Wryspy 03:38, 29 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Microscopically small"[edit]

I just noticed a reference to Rita's alleged ability to become "microscopically small" in the "Fictional character biography" section, which led me to check the passage to the same effect under "Powers and abilities" where I had quite a while ago placed a citation request. This time I also saw there a parenthetical aside about the issue wherein a gas--from the Brain, incidentally--involuntarily shrank her in to a microscopic universe. This ends, "that experience has not been repeated." My apologies for having failed to note it and/or its implications previously, for assuming that this means shrinking to a microscopic level in general, there is no reason to believe that Rita possesses such a power. In that story, the Chief obtains a sample of the gas, analyzes it, prepares an antidote and sends Mento after her. As the gas shrinks him just as much as it did her, her own shrinking power was coincidental to the situation and irrelevant. "Infinite Crisis" section may have too many spaced sentences and paragraphs[edit]
