Who and Why did the Egerton's come to America? Descendant's of this family. In The Cherokee Family Tree

De Egerton, Phillip married: Ellen Saint Peter in 1348 in Cheshire England also David Malpas De Egerton in 1254 married Cicely Thorton.

Were these women Cherokee Natives brought into England / Britain? Or does this source simply trace back these names from other descendants who married Cherokee people. Many Egerton's were in Cherokee lands of North Carolina in the 1600 and 1700's
