Founder of the Mathematical Gazette?[edit]

The article currently says "Secretary of the Mathematical Association (1885-1893), founded the Mathematical Gazette (1894) and became its editor (1894–95)". The Mathematical Gazette is the journal of the Mathematical Association, and is the successor to its previous publication, the Reports of the Association for the Improvement of Geometrical Teaching[1] it seems that the Association itself founded the Gazette. The Pritchard reference states "The Mathematical Gazette, the premier journal of the Mathematical Association, was established in April 1894 under the editorship of Edward Mann Langley" I don't think this establishes that he was the founder: I think it better to describe him as "founding editor".
