Edmund Sturge has an Obituary in The Times and a fascinating life history. Vernon White ^{. . . Talk} 20:53, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article says

"successfully running estates without fairly paid labour, for many years"

Is this right? In the context you would think it would be the opposite? It seems odd to start the article with how they are a kind quaker family and then through in exploitative labor into the middle with no explanation.
