Article better as a redirect to a new article?[edit]

The article duplicates a lot of detail also presented in East Renfrewshire (UK Parliament constituency) and Eastwood (Scottish Parliament constituency). Seems to me an article more about the historic local government district, at Eastwood, Strathclyde or Eastwood, Scotland, would be a better idea, with the existing article as a redirect to which ever.
