A new page for a new railway?[edit]

I would like to add more information regarding the development of the new Eastern railway.

In Hebrew there are 2 articles, one regarding the historic line and another regarding the new one. Currently this article links to the historic Hebrew article.

Should we start a new page for this, link it to the new article in Hebrew and add more information (and update as the development continues)?
