Biased POV[edit]

This entire article is written with the tone of a COC booster as opposed to a neutral observer. Many examples; I'll point out the most obvious in just the sections from Location to Activities:

"Ear Falls provides the perfect blend of small town life"
"The sense of community and the natural beauty of the region are unparalleled"
"affordable housing enable residents to live comfortably and securely"
"This small, safe community is an ideal place to raise a family, and a great place to retire."
"Ear Falls boasts the best the fishing that Northern Ontario has to offer."
