HF89 and HF90[edit]

I am finding sources showing the 1991 car (not the Mk.III) as "HF90", and others showing "HF89". I can only spot detail changes between the cars, but I am unsure if there should be a new article for the "Eagle HF90" (which would change some of the content of this article). Another site calls it the HF89/90, but I am not sure if that means there was an "update" to the existing car or a whole new designation. Can anyone clarify this? This photo of the two cars side-by-side in 1990 lists #98 as the HF89 and #99 as the HF90. Based on looks alone, I'd say that they are most likely the same car, one simply built in 1989 and the other built in 1990. Other companies do similar things, see Lola's B06/10 and B07/10 just being updates of the same car. The359 (talk) 08:03, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It was an update package. Same basic chassis, but with significant under-the-skin improvements to suspension, aerodynamics, etc. NorthBySouthBaranof (talk) 02:40, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
