I'm not convinced that the EU-US Privacy Shield page should be started up separately from the International Safe Harbor Privacy Principles page (at least, not yet ...). The section entitled "Response to EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement" on the "International Safe Harbor Privacy Principles" page is an orphan at present - the update on the Privacy Shield belongs there and then it could be followed logically by the section about responses to it. - BobKilcoyne (talk) 17:03, 28 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • I think they should be separate as one is still in effect and the other isn’t. Also there’s no longer such a section - but one that mentioned it would be appropriate. ReddIrdt (talk) 18:47, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

EP threats of 26 June 2018 should be mentioned[edit]

See Motion of European Parliament, article on letter by Věra Jourová, some background e.g. at Lawfareblog. --User:Haraldmmueller 08:35, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Page issues[edit]

This article is still completely missing information about requirements imposed by the law. Stubby. ReddIrdt (talk) 18:49, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Seems irrelevant given the 2020 invalidation.AlbanyBlue?AlbanyWho (talk) 07:04, 1 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
