Citation for EGL

I find it unnecessary that a citation is needed for the term EGL. Just as WGL is the Windows implementation of the windowing interface of OpenGL, EGL goes for embedded systems. The E being short for ES (embedded systems) and GL of course from OpenGL (open graphics library); hence embedded systems graphics library. Some common sense will reach the abbreviation, so why go looking for some reference that did the same? How about this justification for a reference? — Stimpy _talk 15:18, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Promotion

European Gaming League keeps being added, sometimes listing it multiple times. I can see no mention of it, and no acro defined in WP, so removed. Widefox; talk 14:35, 20 July 2017 (UTC)
