Is the extensive quotes section really needed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.6.229.230 (talk) 16:06, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As a comedian it seems like the quotations are the best way to offer examples of his humor and the breadth of his commentary. In short, they may not be "needed" as such, but they are good insight into his character and, in the case of the personal interview quotes, provide first-hand biographical information about him that would probably look a bit odd if put into paragraph format. Yes, leave them in. Funny, useful and as previously mentioned, gives immediate insight into Dylam Moran's 'particular' style. Besides which it's not as if the Net is short of space.... LovelyGirl — Preceding unsigned comment added by LovelyGirl (talkcontribs) 20:06, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tour Dates[edit]

Shouldn't it say his tour dates somewhere on the page? i mean what year like totally and monster were? i would add them myself but i dont know them and im kind of lazy.

wait, no it has them on wikiquote — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mummylady (talkcontribs) 11:27, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Verifiability[edit]

This article needs to be verified, so i added the template. There are no references in this article at all. Soulnebula 01:18, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Seating capacity[edit]

The room upstairs in the Inernational Bar cannot be reasonably described as a "90 seater" venue as it is misleading.

It suggests the presence of 90 seats organised in some fashion when this is not the case.

It may be possible for 90 people to sit in that room on the collection of benches and stools present but the only way you could count the seating capacity would to be to do a count of the patrons as they entered the room and ask the first person who has to stand to shout out that there are no seats left. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.94.242.21 (talk) 17:30, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This isnt right...[edit]

"with no qualifications and apparently spent four jobless years "drinking and writing bad poetry" He worked as a florist for a week but hated it"-- i assume thats from his statnd up comedy? if youre going to include that, wich you really shouldnt, rephrase it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.101.192.76 (talk) 10:47, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's actually a quote from an interview I believe. At least the bit about being the florist is.HIGNFY14 (talk) 05:02, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I heard Dylan Moran talking on BBC Radio 6 last friday and he said he was born in London and moved to Ireland when he was 2 and then moved back to London when he was 15. Thoughtfox6 (talk) 22:28, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry Toughtfox6, he must have been joking. His birth certificate confirms he was born in Navan and his mother confirms it aswell. Jamie Kelly (talk) 06:20, 6 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I can confirm that Dylan was born in London not Navan. I'm his second cousin and I was in the car which drove his mother and father to the hospital the night he was born. His parents lived within sight of Wembly stadium. James Ryan — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jimmydog60 (talkcontribs) 10:42, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Original research there, lad. Get someone to quote your experience of mammy moran in labour and it'll pass... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.42.80.239 (talk) 00:28, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Dylan confirmed in December 2012 that he didn't move to London until he was 20. Where the hell are you people getting his birth certificate from? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.198.103.209 (talk) 18:02, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

Please someone upload a better picture. Preferably one that actually vaguely resembles Mr. Moran as the current one surely doesn't. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.114.63.128 (talk) 00:03, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AGREED. This one is incredibly unflattering, and Dylan's a good-looking man. He deserves better. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.191.206.129 (talk) 22:04, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe it's just me, but that picture does *not* appear to be Dylan Moran. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.152.28.245 (talk) 00:48, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Picture 2[edit]

I have uploaded a more accurate picture.Gary-mmm (talk) 11:09, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I believe theres something wrong[edit]

It is said his DVD has been released on november 2011. Shouldnt it be "will be released"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.10.17.111 (talk) 15:10, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

New Tour[edit]

How is his new tour called "Wandering"? The tour he is on now is Yeah Yeah. His website's section of dates is called "Wandering"

It appears that his people have gotten a hold of this page, because any reference to his personal life is gone. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.198.103.209 (talk) 17:12, 30 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Early Life[edit]

This section reads like a comedy skit, which presumably, is not the object of the exercise. Can someone who cares enough straighten it out. Hanoi Road (talk) 22:56, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
