This is no cathedral[edit]

Monza does not have a cathedral, because it does not have a bishop (is part of the archdiocese of Milan). This page should be moved to "Duomo of Monza" (a duomo is not necessarily a cathedral, but merely the most important church of a city, which this is for Monza). 93.32.152.31 (talk) 00:05, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing that out: you are indeed you are correct. (And that information could be found in this (and earlier versions) of the article Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milan. I’ve moved it. Ian Spackman (talk) 10:20, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Added some information from the italian wikipedia page of "Duomo di Monza"[edit]

I'm Irene Rovelli, a first year student of the University of Bergamo. On this page I have added the translations that I made from the Italian wikipedia page of "Duomo di Monza". I added these parts (transects, organs, presbytery, broad bricks, chapels) for the university project https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:GLAM/UNIBG/Heritage_studies_and_ICT — Preceding unsigned comment added by I.rovelli1 (talkcontribs) 16:25, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Should be moved to Duomo di Monza[edit]

This is not a Cathedral and should be moved to Duomo di Monza, as the previous discussion also pointed out (and was agreed on) but was never done. Eccekevin (talk) 04:04, 11 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
