I do agree this page needs a major rewrite and the NPV is suspect, but speedy deletion is a bit harsh. Let's give it some time before we delete. Whoisjohngalt (talk) 16:26, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Transcribed from article source[edit]

I found the following commentary imbedded in the article source by an editor unfamiliar with Wikipedia. This is related to the article content and development and properly belongs on the article talk page so I have copied it here. - Whpq (talk) 21:36, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes - the original version of this page was copied from the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center web site. Please note it is the same material we publish on the web and in print materials. How can we get this tag removed? Thanks - cmclamb

An account on Wikipedia was created as a "generic" username for the Cancer Center communications staff at Duke to use. We did not intend for this to cause a conflict of interest. How can we get this removed? Thanks - cmclamb

PLEASE NOTE: we tried to use the same language as the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute page on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dana-Farber_Cancer_Institute). We keep getting tagged as well as content edited and removed. We are trying to comply with all of the Wikipedia rules. Please understand we are new to Wikipedia and are working to use the language the editors want. - cmclamb —Preceding unsigned comment added by cmclamb (talkcontribs)

Reference Suggestion[edit]

There is more information about the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center from this site: http://www.mesotheliomaweb.org/dukecancer.htm. Would someone be willing to add some more information to this Wikipedia page based on this reference?

How long should items on the discussion page be added to the "real" page on the subject matter? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.16.51.158 (talk) 17:13, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
