Berliner Synchron AB acquisition[edit]

Considering the information of the company name mentioned suggests that their German arm of the company was purchased, there are afew conflicting facts which need to be addressed. In Germany there is no such thing as AB - AB is actually a Swedish business type (Aktiebolag). Companies are either affixed with an AG (Aktiengesellschaft - for stock exchange companies) or GmbH (Gesellschaft mit beschraenkter Haftung - limited liability company). In addition, the PDF which is used as a reference to the sale of the company makes no mention of a company called Berliner Synchron - however it does mention a company based in Geneva. If this is true, then the company regardless of Germanic nature would in fact be of french naming, such as Société Anonyme (SA or Sarl). All this information considered, I have to remove the purchase information from the main body of the article due to the confusing nature. If someone is able to make a correct version then feel free.
