Rating[edit]

I have changed "Due to its importance in racing, in 2006 the Dubai World Cup was broadcast live on TVG Network and HRTV and taped later for showing on ABC. It was the first time that the race was shown on national TV in the United States." into "In 2006 the Dubai World Cup was broadcast live on TVG Network and HRTV and taped later for showing on ABC. It was the first time that the race was shown on national TV in the United States."

I feel that the first part of the statement was not encyclopedic in nature.SSaint04 22:21, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Flag icons[edit]

I replaced them with country letters fro consistency with other racehorse articles. It was agreed that was the best approach in discussions. We need to be consistent. Thanks. Wallie (talk) 00:01, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
