Name[edit]

Should the article name be Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead: The Story of the National Lampoon or its current short form Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead (film)? All the refs in the article and the IMDB link give its name as the longer version. --Gonnym (talk) 08:13, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is true, but I am not sure what is most correct. Isn't Wikipedia supposed to use whichever form is most commonly used? Since the film is not on general release yet, I don't know what the average person is calling it. Invertzoo (talk) 16:32, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'm pretty sure film and book article names use the original name that was given. Gamers say "WoW" much more than they say World of Warcraft, but you still won't use the title "WoW" instead. Currently IMDB and the articles you gave as reference use the full name of the film. If the name changes when its officially released, a move can always be made then. --Gonnym (talk) 15:07, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
