Fair use rationale for Image:Dr.Giggles.jpg[edit]

Image:Dr.Giggles.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Not based on a comic book[edit]

Deathstroke5122‎ (talk · contribs) has repeatedly inserted the claim that the movie was based on the comic book of the same name. While an understandable mistake, it is a mistake; there was a comic book released basically simultaneously with the movie, adapting the film, but that's what it was: a comic book adaptation of the film, not the other way around. That does appear to be a case. A contemporary source (old copy of GoreZone) does state that the Dr.Giggles comics do come after the film. (source) I'll try to add it to the films info. Andrzejbanas (talk) 17:18, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
