Merge proposal[edit]

Superficial dorsal vein of the penis and Deep dorsal vein of the penis are short articles with a good amount of overlapping imagery and information. I don't think there is a lot more that can be said about them individually, so I propose merging them into a single article covering both. bd2412 T 02:49, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose merge. To some audiences, the importance between these veins is very important, even if the articles about them are so far only minimally developed. --Arcadian (talk) 04:00, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
How much more developed can they possibly get? We can at least merge until there is enough material on each to sustain an article of respectable size. bd2412 T 04:01, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree the differences can be discussed in the article and when the time comes individual articles can be developed, but this one is a tiny stub, it may help to join it with a larger article.

Images inappropriate[edit]

Since this is an article on human anatomy, shouldn't the images we use be of penises that have not been modified by surgery?

Not if the circumcision makes the veins easier to see. (P.S. Use ~~~~ to sign your posts on talk pages.) Jwoodward48wiki (talk) 22:00, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
