The man's name[edit]

This is confusing. If, as the hatnote says, Donorov is his given name AND is the name by which he should be referred, with Lumbengarav being only a patronymic, then

Why is the patronymic written first in the article title and in the text?
Why is the patronymic written first especially given that it comes second in the Mongolian version of his name, given as Доноровын Лхүмбэнгарав?
Why are there a fair number of web pages out there that list him as "Д Лхүмбэнгарав"?
