Does anyone think that the opening sentence in this article is a run on sentence?

"The Dimsdale Baronetcy, of Goldsmiths, Langdon Hills, in the County of Essex and of Lancaster Street in the Borough of Paddington in the County of London, was a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom."

If others agree the sentence is a run on sentence, please provide suggestions to shorten the sentence, or perhaps divide the sentence into (multiple) sentences.
