United States?[edit]

Is the titular term used in United States Law? Should a section exist on it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stoned philosophaster (talkcontribs) 18:56, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bernard Diamond?[edit]

Bernard L. Diamond is listed in the "See also" section. The only reason I can find for listing him there is that he testified that Sirhan Sirhan was in a state of diminished capacity when he shot Robert F. Kennedy. Does this mean that every psychiatrist who ever testified to a defendant's diminished capacity in a notable case is therefore notable in a discussion of diminished capacity and should appear in the "See also" section? I would say no. I am removing Diamond from the section (and removing the section, since he was the only entry remaining.) -- 192.250.34.161 20:00, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
