Corporate Dissolution

As part of the acquisition of Linspire by Xandros,

None of the outstanding shares of Linspire were acquired by Xandros as part of the accusation , and all outstanding shares were transferred in to the newly formed "Digital Cornerstone INC." Shareholders later received a letter stating that as of July 29 2008 Digital Cornerstone was no longer doing business..
