Is Billings County still included?[edit]

Is Billings County still a part of the Dickinson micropolitan area? This 2017 map from the Census bureau seems to indicate otherwise, but I'm not seeing any news stories that mention the change. https://www2.census.gov/geo/maps/metroarea/us_wall/Aug2017/cbsa_us_0817.pdf
