The coat if arms is wrong[edit]

The coat of arms described in the Wikipedia article is completely different to the one i know. I have searched the rest of the net in case i was wrong, and wikipedia is the only one in disagreement with the others. I should also know about the coat of arms as my last name is Dennehy, and my grandfather has had the the coat of arms on his wall since before i was born.

I would change the description myself, but I am afraid I lack the vocabulary to describe the Dennehy coat of arms in any detail.

(my best attempt being: "a square shield with a thin white cross, the lines going diagonally from one corner to the other, there are also 3 yellow cross type things in each of the 4 red triangle bits making up the rest of the square not taken up by the big white cross, each group of 3 making a triangle pointing into the centre. On top of the square is the bust of a coat of arms, with a kind of red and yellow stripy bit on the helmet and some red and yellow feathers above. the square, bust and feathery bits are framed by swirly red and yellow stuff." <-- see? i lack the vocabulary, but there it is) —Preceding unsigned comment added by MagicLeprechaun (talk • contribs) 19:20, 31 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
