Height?[edit]
Just for the record, in the third and fourth paragraph under features, there are, in this current version, three statements about height that seem contradictory:
- Individuals in their natural habitat can attain 10 feet/3 m in height
- The plants grow relatively fast, but do not get taller than a meter.
- Dendrosicyos socotranus will grow to 7 m

Mess[edit]
Ug, this page is a mess. I somewhat fixed the above and, in doing so, realized there are more problems. It seems some of the info may have just been copy/pasted from sources and plopped into the article in no particular order. I suppose I will take some time to try and do an overhaul, but if there are any botanists out there (or at least someone more familiar with these type of pages) watching this article, I could use some help. - I'm not expert on this plant but I'll tidy up any problems I see. One problem that needs research is that the plant is being called endemic to Socotra yet in the discussion of distribution there is mention of isolated plants on a neighboring island (and possibly in Djibouti as well). If true then it isn't endemic to Socotra! Also, there is a weird description of the fruit "jumping on to maturity" that makes no sense to me.
