Issues[edit]

Rather than just plopping a banner on the page - how about elucidating some of the issues with the article? This banner is not at all helpful to those who could work on the article. Brookie :) - a will o' the wisp ! (Whisper...) 07:47, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There are no particular "issues" with the article that I saw. Start class is merely a designation that the article is not yet of sufficient length or depth of coverage to merit a higher ranking. Also, "plopping down the banner", and, eventually, adding all the articles that the various religion banners have been "plopped onto" to the individual article list for each project, will enable the projects to monitor and develop articles that relate to their subject. Thanks - that's a bit clearer! Brookie :) - a will o' the wisp ! (Whisper...) 07:58, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Abbey or Nunnery[edit]

Is a place where nuns live an abbey or a nunnery? Or both? Wanderer57 (talk) 18:27, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is either a monastery, a priory or an abbey. "Nunnery" is considered somewhat offensive today. Daniel the Monk (talk) 16:23, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Reformatting[edit]

Why the change to put the Eleanor Cross information first? It seems disruptive both in text and format. Daniel the Monk (talk) 16:25, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
