I'm not quite sure how to rate this article. There's not a whole lot of information in the actual text. On the other hand, there are now plenty of references (maybe even too many?!?) with links to articles (and, if possible, to free preprints in the cases where journal access requires subscription), so it should be quite useful as a starting point for someone seeking info on the DP eqn.
