This is notable[edit]

It's very telling that this page is empty and was deleted. Anyone who cares about nail polish knows the name Deborah Lippman, she has designed nail polish for Lady Gaga. Her polishes are sold in stores like Sephora. The old page should not have been deleted, it should have been neutralized and expanded.

This is one of the reasons we have so few pages about women, anything outside of the experience of the rather geeky, mostly male wikipedia editors is removed quite quickly. I can tell the old page was too commercial, but before I go about bringing it back I want to bring my concerns out in the open. futurebird (talk) 04:34, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The above note[edit]

The above note was already here before this article was (again) nominated for deletion without much consideration at all. futurebird (talk) 15:15, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

More sources to use[edit]

http://www.renaissance-ny.org/success_story.html

Seems to show her in People magazine. I would like to find that article. It also has some nice background explaining how she got in to the business. futurebird (talk) 15:33, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks I'll look in to working these in. It's too bad that the hugely popular nail polish blogs probably can't be used as sources. futurebird (talk) 06:11, 17 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
