I could find no mention of Dawan, Yilan, anywhere in Wikipedia. I realize that you feel this is due to political motivation, and I know little about the politics of Taiwan, but disambiguation pages are merely navigation aids to existing information on Wikipedia. I have commented out your entry and added a different Dawan that is mentioned in Yongkang District. If you would like Dawan, Yilan, to be on this DAB page, it needs to be mentioned somewhere else first. And if there is to be a discussion (political or otherwise) about whether this location should be included in Wikipedia, that discussion would be better placed on an article talk page.
