Untitled[edit]

Are Kevin Haskins and David J brothers or not? User:Folkor has been reverting edits (on the Kevin Haskings) page saying that he is not, but [1] and [2] are pretty unequivocal that they are. Front243 12:37, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I'd always heard that was false. Let me try to find a good source; if I can't, I'll desist from my reverts. Folkor 16:13, 21 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Crap, I'm very wrong. I cannot find any sources that agree with me, and in fact, the old Bauhaus page has a biography declaring them as brothers. My sincere apologies. Folkor 05:43, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've been wondering about that. For a long time I would read their names and think to myself "Wait . . . are they related?" WesleyDodds 06:23, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The phrase 'formed Love and Rockets, in a botched attempt to reform Bauhaus' is rather ludicrous, like saying water is a botched attempt to reform ice or something. I dunno. The point is that these musicians have usually played together in various equally valid and self-sufficient incarnations. This makes it sound like Love and Rockets was some useless failure. And I'd like a single 1st person citation (not 'Steve Huey, All Music Guide' (http://allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?opt1=1&P=amg&sql=Tones+on+Tail and dozens of others)) that Murphy was ever even intended to be involved in Love & Rockets, or have the 'though vocalist Murphy abjectly refused to take part' removed as being meaningless. If it is considered canonical, then it would still make more sense to say that 'when an attempted Bauhaus reunion resulted in all members but Murphy being on board, the resulting trio decided to continue on without him, under the name Love & Rockets,' or something that has a more positive and relationally correct description to what supposedly was the case.

No one's trying to insult Love and Rockets. But Peter Murphy didn't want to reunite at that time. WesleyDodds 01:19, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Toxic[edit]

Discussing the fine art of BLPs with bots is funny, but a human review would be better. –84.46.52.107 (talk) 21:12, 3 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sourcing[edit]

I'm not an expert on the subject of this article, but the article is a BLP desperately in need of additional sources. If sources are not added I'll begin removing unsourced claims. EnPassant♟♙ (talk) 06:10, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
