Terrible state[edit]

The article, as it stands now, is in a terrible state, since the history section has seemingly been blatantly copied off from either the band's own web presence or a fan site. In no way does it constitute academic NPOV. Besides, the history section is too long and too detailed, given the fact that the band is not so notable on an absolute scale (having said that, I'm a fan of DF myself, but please...this is the Wikipedia and not a user review on the Metal Archives). When I get the time, I'll extensively rework this article, cut the history down, and see what I can find on the distinctive quality of DF's music in comparison to other black metal bands. I recall having read several reviews by trusted sources (e.g. Legacy Magazine or the Rock Hard Magazine) specifically pointing out the originality of DF. It would be better to reference this in the article instead of presenting two pages of fanboy rant... Vargher (talk) 12:09, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Exactly, it looks like an article from the Spanish wikipedia, as far as neutrality goes. 213.96.203.23 (talk) 08:13, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed it up a little. Maybe we should re-write it or something.--SilverOrion (talk) 11:12, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV[edit]

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 12:26, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
