Death[edit]

Did Darius II really die in 404 BC? I've often seen 405 BC. For instance here. Ptolemy's Canon gives his 19th year as 405, and Artaxerxes II's first year as 404, but at some point the Canon switches from having the year a person succeeds be his zeroth year to having it be his first year, so I'm not sure. Anyone any clearer on this? john k 15:06,hbhwrtjtyektk₥ 26 September 2005 (UTC)

Undiscussed page move reversed[edit]

I have reversed the undiscussed page move to Darius II Ochus. If this ngram is any indication, the use of "Ochus" in this name has been quite rare for at least a century now. Kauffner (talk) 07:16, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ezra and Nehemiah in the days of Darius II?[edit]

The preponderance of opinion is that Ezra arrived about 458 BCE and Nehemiah arrived about 445. Consider adding that to the paragraph. 2601:B:480:14:28A9:6C69:6EFB:AA8 (talk) 12:25, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
