I am currently in the process of rewriting the page and adding citations so the page will meet Wikipedia's standard. It had been suggested the article should be deleted due to its title ("Wikipedia is not a crystal ball") but I disagree with this assessment since Wikipedia has for a number of years had a number of other House Price Bubble articles.
Start date[edit]
The starting year of the bubble is incorrect, and probably political founded to blame the current government. The average prices of apartments adjusted for inflation rose more than 300% during the 1990's. So the bubble did not start in 2001, but was already well underway.
