Found

this where they're calling him "Daniel" and comparing him to a Newfoundland dog, and [1] this, where it says that they stuffed him or were trying to. Also says Savage is quoted as saying he loved Dan like a son. White Arabian Filly ^Neigh 21:29, 26 February 2017 (UTC) used[reply]
