Daily 6 is no longer drawn (last draw was held on 22 Nov 2010), just DC3-DC4-DC5 now as far as 'numbers' games. Race 2 Riches and DC Keno are actually separate games, both televised from 6am-2am on live-feed monitors with drawings held every four minutes staggered two minutes apart to co-exist. Keno is self-explanatory. Race 2 Riches is a simulated horse race with similar betting options (win place show quinella trifecta).

The DC Lottery unveiled DC iLottery, a digital sales platform for purchasing Lottery games on December 18, 2020. Players can access DC iLottery from their smart phone, computer, or tablet, and once registered for an account, can play the games while physically in the District and not within an area of the District where lottery play is prohibited. The platform utilizes geolocation technology to confirm a player’s location before a ticket can be purchased.

To register for an account, players must be at least 18 years of age and must pass an identity verification process, which requires the submission of their legal name, address, date of birth, and Social Security Number. Registered players can securely deposit funds into their account using a credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, and Skrill (a money transfer service similar to PayPal). The platform has strong mechanisms in place to maintain players’ financial information and to protect their privacy; it also features responsible gaming safeguards, including the ability for players to set bet limits, deposit limits, time limits, and cool off periods, as well as information to exclude themselves completely from gaming activities licensed and operated by the Lottery.

iLottery has been well received by U.S. lottery players since its introduction in 2012. With the launch of DC iLottery, the District of Columbia joins Georgia, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Virginia in offering lottery games online. Sorry… your latest update is WP:CLOP and likely doesn’t fix the copyright violation. Further, Wikipedia sources should be mostly secondary sources… not primary sources. Moreso, as a COI editor, you are strongly discouraged from editing affected articles directly. Grammatical Errors fixed, Mega Millions, and Powerball information updated.[edit]

The following grammatical errors were corrected in the following sections - Summary section: 'D.C.' corrected to 'DC', district corrected to 'District'. Sports wagering section: 'GameBetDC' corrected to 'GamebetDC'.

The Current draw games section updated to 'Games'. The sub-title 'In-house draws' updated to 'DC only games'. New Subsections now include 'Numbers Draw Games' (for DC 2, DC 3, DC 4, and DC 5), 'Multi-State Draw Games' (for Powerball, Mega Millions, Lucky For Life), 'Monitor Draw Games' (for Race2Riches, DC Keno, The Lucky One), 'Instant Win Games' (for DC Scratchers, DC Fast Play. Tap-N-Play)

The Mega Millions section updated to include a Monday draw day and the current starting draw amount of $20 million.

A sentence has been added to include the largest Mega Millions Jackpot on August , 2023
