Precisions Needed[edit]

When a plane is inflight what is "the direction of travel" is it "Heading" or "Azimuth" ? It makes a really diference for caclulation :

Crosswind = abs(sin(Heading-WindOrientation))*WindSpeed

or

Crosswind = abs(sin(Azimuth-WindOrientation))*WindSpeed
