"Minor silt build up", When?[edit]

I came across this sentence in the article; "Recently, there has been a minor silt build-up in the river's middle reaches", "recently" is pretty vague- a specific date would be good and a source as well would be great. Kotare 05:36, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
